| CORAZON VERDE is a spacious countryhouse near the beach in beautiful surroundings.
The 25.000 m2 property is situated in the countryside near the main road that connects the villages of San Miguel and San Juan and is about a 5 minute drive from the beautiful bay of Benirras with its beautiful sunsets. On the beach you will find three restaurants and a beachbar for snacks and drinks.
The nearby villages are San Miguel and San Juan. Both villages have supermarkets, restaurants, bookstores and banks.
Direction San Juan turning towards Portinatx you will find several beautiful beaches. |

Entering via the hallway into the spacious living room with open fireplace you find on the left side the americain style kitchen, with fridge with icecube machine, hob, oven, dishwasher and washingmachine.
Next to the bar in the kitchen is a breakfast corner for 6 people and in front of the kitchen is a covered terrace with a bbq area.
In the living is a another dining table, a comfortable sitting area, SAT-TV and a cd-player.
In front of the living area is another covered terrace all the way along the house. |

| On the right side of the hallway are two twin bedrooms and two single bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, sharing two complete bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with ornamental plants and fruittrees and a little sitting corner between the trees for shady moments and a hammock.
In front of the house going down the stairs you come to the swimmingpool area.
Around the pool is a big sun terrace with garden furniture, umbrellas and a shower place.
The house has a splendid mixture of mediterranean and marrocan colours and features and is nicely decorated with paitings made by the owner herself.
The garden and land around the house have a really rural atmosphere. |
